Cookie Policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember things between pages or visits. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. This policy explains how CreditLab ("we," "us") uses them on creditlab.io and its subdomains, including portal.creditlab.io (the "Site"). It is incorporated into our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
2. The short version
We use only the cookies needed to make the Site work. No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no sale of data derived from cookies. Because of that, the Site does not need — and does not show — a cookie-consent banner.
3. Cookies we use
| Type | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Serving the Site securely and reliably: load balancing, bot and abuse protection, and processing forms you choose to submit. | Infrastructure cookies set by our hosting provider (Netlify) |
| Functional (portal only) | Keeping you signed in to the client portal at portal.creditlab.io after you log in. | Authentication/session tokens |
| Analytics | None. We do not run analytics or measurement cookies on the Site. | — |
| Advertising | None. We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies, ever. | — |
4. Third-party content
Some pages load resources from third parties — for example web fonts from Google Fonts, or embedded scheduling tools when you book a meeting. When your browser loads third-party content, that provider may receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) and may set its own cookies subject to its own policy. We choose providers conservatively and don't permit third-party advertising trackers on the Site.
5. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings — every major browser lets you block or clear them (see your browser's help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge). Because our cookies are limited to what's necessary, blocking them may affect things like portal sign-in or form submission, but the informational pages of the Site will still work.
6. Changes
If our use of cookies changes — for example if we ever add analytics — we will update this page, revise the date above, and add consent tooling if the new use requires it.
